Deadlines and Important Dates:
- A 50% deposit is due upon receipt of booth purchase. Final payment is due by July 10, 2025. Booths can still be purchased after July 10 and require full payment.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) Deadline: Submission is due by July 10, 2025.
- For cancellations received after initial booking and prior to July 10, 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total support will apply. For support cancelled after July 10, 2025, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
