Support the IVS Program

Since 2009, thanks to the support of generous AAO-HNS Foundation Donors, the International Visiting Scholarships (IVS) program has benefited more than 80 young physicians worldwide, many from lower-income countries.  The IVS program provides junior academics from outside the United States with financial assistance to travel to the U.S. to participate in an academic observership at a U.S. otolaryngology department/institution, and to attend the AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO^SM.  In addition to the travel grant funds and waived Annual Meeting registration fees, IVS awardees also receive 1-year complimentary AAO-HNS membership.  The program’s  aim is provide education and resources to support the global otolaryngology community and to improve quality and patient care worldwide.
