For those interested in receiving input from the Academy on obtaining a new CPT code, or revise an existing CPT code set for new technology that is relevant to the Otolaryngology specialty, it is requested that the inquiring party:
- Review the AMA’s guidance on applying for CPT codes;
- Read the “AAO-HNS New Technology Pathway Requests Policies and Procedures” document; and
- Complete the “New Technology Application: Request for CPT/RBRVS Assistance” application, including literature, and send to the Academy Staff at [email protected].
